For more information, visit gigsafe.com. We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team and play a hands-on role in the financial operations that keep GigSafe running. This role will help ensure accurate financial records, timely closes and smooth invoicing and payment workflows. Requirements
- 3-6 years of accounting experience
- Strong QuickBooks proficiency
- Experience supporting monthly close
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in startup, fintech or SaaS environments
- CPA or CPA-track
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting records in QuickBooks
- Prepare daily journal entries
- Support monthly close processes
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial records
- Manage invoicing and accounts receivable tracking
- Assist with financial reporting
- Help improve accounting workflows and internal processes
