About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to support our National Accounts and ESS departments who brings financial insight, precision, and a passion for collaboration to the table. In this role, you will support general accounting and inventory financial processes for our National Accounts subsidiary and ESS. You will partner with cross-functional teams to execute financial closings, analyze data, and contribute to operational success—all while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • 3 + years of multi-faceted accounting and business related experience.
  • Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Prior experience using SAP or comparable ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
  • Flexible and dependable in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with experience resolving issues related to inventory, invoicing, and general accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive month-end closing activities, including journal entries and general ledger accuracy.
  • Lead the inventory financial process: standard costing, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze revenue and expense reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and treasury teams to ensure financial alignment.
  • Support internal and external audits, forecasting, and ad-hoc projects.
