About The Position

You will be responsible for managing the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and coordinating the month-end closing process. Your analytical skills will be essential as you perform variance analysis, budgeting, and
forecasting, ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and delivered on time. Additionally, you will assist with audits, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with the latest financial regulations. As an Accountant, you will collaborate cross-functionally
with departments to provide insight on budgets and expenditures, fostering a culture of financial awareness and accountability. We are looking for someone who is not only proficient in accounting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong understanding of accounting software and databases, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and or Google Suite; and other financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• Experience with Clio (or similar software) a huge plus.
