Senior Accountant – Accounting Operations is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely execution of the company’s day-to-day accounting activities and preparation of management reports. The role is primarily focused on accounting operations and financial close execution. The position will work closely with the Controller and Assistant Controller in support of department and company goals. The Accountant position serves as an experienced accounting resource within the Finance team and will perform and review accounting activities related to the general ledger, account reconciliations, accounts receivable, fixed assets, month-end close, financial reporting, and financial analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant accounting experience
  • 2 - 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience
  • Experience with general ledger accounting
  • Experience with journal entries
  • Experience with account reconciliations & month-end close
  • Experience supporting external audits
  • Experience extracting and analyzing large amounts of data
