About The Position
Seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support full-cycle accounting operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and administrative processes. This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial activity.
Requirements
- Accounting degree
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including payroll, general ledger, and year-end entries.
- General ledger
- Reconciliation
Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing
- Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity
- Process payroll entries and support related reporting
- Prepare and file state sales tax reports and payments
- Maintain accurate job costing data and review project-level financials
- Prepare sales reports and commission statements; reconcile commission data
- Reconcile ACH transactions with customer payments and internal records
- Process orders related to equipment, services, and parts
- Verify and maintain insurance documentation
