About The Position

Donut is a thriving YouTube channel known for its engaging and high-quality content focused on automotive. With a dedicated and rapidly growing fan base, we are committed to delivering captivating content to our audience. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our Production team and play a pivotal role in our video production process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (media or entertainment experience a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
• Based in or around Los Angeles, with the ability to be in-office one day per week in Inglewood, CA

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping: AP/AR, entering and coding receipts in Bill.com/Divvy, and month-end close
• Track and reconcile production budgets and expenses across multiple projects/series/departments
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support budget-to-actual analysis
• Help maintain clean, organized records in preparation for tax filings and annual audits
• Support ad hoc financial analysis
