Requirements

• Bachelors (BA/BS) degree with a major in Accounting
• All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Five (5) years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recording, tracking and budgeting wage data
• Produce management reports on wage data
• Reconciliation Salary spreadsheets to general ledger, research variances
• Become familiar with positions assigned to programs and make corrections on salary sheets if necessary
• Assists with Retirement Plan calculations, reports and reconciliations
• General ledger reconciliations for payroll withholdings
• Monthly accruals
• Fringe Benefit reconciliations and projections
