About The Position
The Accountant IV (Assistant Plant Controller) supports the financial operations of a high-volume manufacturing facility through cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. This role partners closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to drive cost management, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position will serve Rheem North America in Montgomery, AL. This is an on-site position.
