About The Position

Requirements
- Junior or Senior actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling of client engagements
- Participation in client meetings
- Developing customized plans for clients under the supervision of Managers and Partners
- Career development and training in business advising, international taxation, A&A, tax research, and niche areas
- Developing technical skills via on-the-job training
- Working as an important member of the accounting team to complete projects and provide client services
- Building working relationships with peers, accountants, and partners
- Working with the team to implement solutions for clients
- Devoting time to research and learning about market trends and business development in the industry
- Participating in research gathering as requested by the team
- Practice management exposure to training, technology and marketing
