Requirements

3+ years of experience in accounts payable invoice processing
1 year of basic payroll processing through ADP
Must have experience working in manufacturing, e-commerce, or distribution industry
Experience with three-way matching, reconciliations, and journal entries
Knowledge of month-end close, accruals, and prepaid schedules
Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems

Nice To Haves

Inventory and cost accounting experience preferred

Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and perform three-way matching (POs, receipts, and invoices).
Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
Support month-end close, including accruals and prepaid expense tracking.
Monitor inventory transactions and assist with cost tracking and analysis.
Research and resolve discrepancies related to AP, payroll, and GL accounts.
Assist with financial reporting, audits, and process improvements.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
