Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant & Corporate Administrator to help build and manage the finance, accounting, and administrative infrastructure of SemiAnalysis as we continue to scale. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a startup or high-growth environment and has experience setting up finance and accounting processes from the ground up. You should be comfortable owning messy, ambiguous workflows, building systems where none exist, and improving processes without waiting for step-by-step direction. You will be responsible for comprehensive financial and administrative activities across multiple business functions, including accounting, payroll, HR administration, vendor management, banking, corporate compliance, and regulatory filings. This role serves as an operational backbone of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth day-to-day business operations, and scalable internal processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, autonomous, and proactive, with experience managing accounting records, supporting financial statement preparation, coordinating tax and regulatory requirements, and using tools like QuickBooks, payroll platforms, expense systems, and other business management software. The role will be full-time, based in the United States.
