At the end of the day We Drive Companies and Teams to Reveal their Unrealized Potential. We are looking for an Accountability Coach who acts as the bridge between a vision and its execution. You are the professional right hand to our Lead Coaches and a trusted strategic partner to the businesses we serve. We need someone who can build trust quickly and easily with executives. Someone a CEO can look to and know their business is in capable, organized hands.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a project management or account management role or operations management.
  • A Natural Project Manager: You don’t just follow a checklist; you see around the curves. You can spot a gap in a plan before the client even knows it’s there.
  • Professional & Poised: You are naturally business-savvy when sitting at the table with company owners, and are able to earn their trust through your competence and clear communication.
  • Inquisitive & Proactive: You are naturally curious, always asking "why" to find a better way to do things. You are confident in asking coaching questions and guiding strategic conversations.
  • Balanced Leader: You can flex between taking the lead and supporting the team seamlessly. You need to be great at working with others and taking direction.
  • Tech-Savvy Facilitator: You are a pro at Zoom, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Dropbox, learning and using these tools to keep global teams aligned remotely
  • Remote Pro & Ready Traveler: Success in this position requires a consistent, professional work set-up. Optional in-office workspace available at our Franklin, TN headquarters for team members who prefer a dedicated office setting. Being located near a major airport is necessary to succeed in this role, at least initially.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the Process: Work alongside a Coach to implement the Strategic Roadmap for the client and ensure annual and quarterly priorities are executed with excellence.
  • Manage the Relationship: Given the client-facing nature of the role, strong public speaking and presence are essential—you will spend significant time leading conversations, facilitating sessions, and reading the room in real time to adapt your approach and maximize engagement and impact.
  • Performance in the Green: Our client success is our success. You must be able to navigate complex client conversations with executives and teams to gather data, build roadmaps, and ensure "green" status on all company and individual priorities.
  • Create the Experience: Ensure every interaction, from the first kickoff call to the final recap, is remarkable, thoughtful, and high-impact.
  • Maintain Momentum: Use your attention detail to ensure no task falls through the cracks and all project and client fields are updated and accurate.
