About The Position

As an Accountability Coach at Petra Coach, you will help ambitious companies (ranging from $10M–$250M in revenue) achieve their next stage of growth by strengthening leadership, fostering healthier teams, and improving execution. You will work alongside leadership teams to help them build companies that can operate independently of the owner and to assist leaders in reaching their full potential. This role results in stronger leaders, more accountable teams, and businesses that create significant economic impact. You will serve as a strategic partner, building deep, long-term relationships with leaders across diverse industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, and construction. You will manage a portfolio of 18-20 clients, offering broad exposure to various business challenges and growth stories. The role involves guiding strategic roadmaps, facilitating sessions, driving performance through complex conversations and data analysis, curating high-impact client experiences, maintaining project details, and building long-term value by connecting daily execution to the client's overarching vision.

Requirements

2+ years in project management, account management, or operations.
Experience working in or alongside a small business (teams of 20-30) with an understanding of its pace and ownership mindset.
Ability to spot gaps in a plan before the client does.
Ability to sit at the table with company owners and earn trust quickly through competence and clear communication.
A curious and proactive mindset, with the ability to ask impactful coaching questions.
Flexibility to seamlessly move between leading and supporting a team.
Comfort with Zoom, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Dropbox.
Professional home setup required for remote work.
Located near a major airport, as travel is a significant part of the role.

Responsibilities

Implement Strategic Roadmaps alongside Lead Coaches, ensuring annual and quarterly priorities get executed with excellence.
Become a trusted partner to the executives and teams you serve. Lead conversations, facilitate sessions, and build professional relationships.
Navigate complex conversations with leadership teams, build roadmaps, gather data, and ensure priorities stay on track.
Ensure every client interaction, from kickoff to recap, is intentional, high-impact, and memorable.
Manage project details, including field updates, follow-ups, and task accountability.
Help clients perceive Petra Coach as a strategic investment and connect their daily execution to their larger vision.
