The Account Support Representative (ASR) works closely with the Key Account Specialist to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ASR collaborates with internal and external personnel, including Key Account Managers, Key Account Specialists, other ASRs, Product Specialists, Technical Specialists, Product Service Reps, internal supporting departments, and vendor partners. The results generated by the ASR directly impact sales, profit, and corporate strategic growth initiatives. From order placement to delivery and resolution of payables issues, the ASR owns all aspects of delivering an exceptional customer experience, including direct customer account responsibility via telephone and email communications.
