About The Position

Wedgewood Health is an established and growing, full-service healthcare agency with 35+ years in business, focused on life-altering and rare diseases, where the work is meaningful, the partnerships are real, and the culture is collaborative by design. We are proud to be part of the SCIRIS network, a curated collection of specialty healthcare agencies. We believe the best work is built on strong relationships—with clients and with each other. Our teams are highly engaged and grounded in mutual respect across disciplines, creating a collaborative environment where people are excited to grow, contribute, and do meaningful work together. People here care deeply about what we do, the science behind it, the patients ultimately impacted, and how they show up for one another every day. As an Account Supervisor, you are the day-to-day owner of the client relationship and a key connector across the agency. You serve as the liaison between clients and cross-functional teams—helping translate direction, guide execution, and keep work moving forward smoothly and compliantly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of the relationship, partnering closely with others, and ensuring great work gets delivered with clarity and confidence. In this role, you will be deeply involved in medical advertising execution, making hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or medical advertising—and a solid understanding of the regulatory environment—essential. You’ll play a key role in bringing tactics to life, confidently shepherding work through the MLR process, and partnering closely with clients and internal teams. Throughout it all, you’ll maintain a calm, confident presence that builds trust, keeps work moving forward, and reflects the energy and optimism of a growing agency.
