The Account Supervisor is a driven, engaged client service professional who thrives in a collaborative team atmosphere and excels at developing unique solutions that differentiate our client’s brands in the market. This role involves managing a digital brand focused on websites, requiring brand launch experience. The Account Supervisor will build and sustain relationships with key clients, provide confident counsel, and develop proficiency in the client's market, trends, influencers, competitors, and key stakeholders. They will effectively communicate the brand’s business objectives to the agency team, provide feedback on work in development, and manage project documentation including scope requests, project briefs, and SOWs. The role also includes partnering with delivery and account leadership to monitor revenue and profit, mitigate risks, and identify growth opportunities. A strong understanding of CIDP, including daily account management, project timelines, client expectations, and budget tracking, is essential. The Account Supervisor must exhibit sound judgment, anticipate and solve challenges, think analytically, and possess strong communication skills. They will facilitate tactical meetings and MRC discussions, have baseline knowledge of the MRC submission process and Veeva, and balance process with flexibility. This role may also involve mentoring junior employees.
