Account Supervisor PORTLAND, OR

Sparkloft MediaPortland, OR
$92,000 - $96,000Hybrid

About The Position

The best account leaders don’t just manage clients; they understand their business, anticipate what’s next, and bring together the right people and ideas to make great work happen. They build trust, ask smart questions, navigate complexity with confidence, and know how to turn ambitious business goals into strategies that deliver meaningful results. At Sparkloft, you’ll put those skills to work every day. We’re a social-first agency that helps leading travel, tourism, consumer, and purpose-driven brands build authentic communities and meaningful connections. As an Account Supervisor, you’ll lead key client partnerships while working alongside strategists, creatives, media specialists, community managers, and producers to bring integrated ideas to life. You’ll have the opportunity to shape social and digital strategies, guide complex campaigns, identify opportunities to grow client relationships, and mentor talented team members as they grow their careers. You’ll also help us explore how AI and emerging technologies can make our work smarter and more effective, while keeping human insight, creativity, and strategic thinking at the center of what we do. We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, curious, collaborative, and energized by both the people and the business side of agency life. Someone who can earn a client’s trust, inspire a team, spot opportunities before they’re obvious, and bring clarity when things get complicated. If you’re excited to lead meaningful client relationships, develop great people, and create work that makes an impact with a team that values curiosity, continuous learning, collaboration, and doing exceptional work together, we’d love to meet you.
