About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Strategist to manage and support a portfolio of automotive dealerships. As the primary day-to-day contact for clients, you'll help ensure campaigns are performing effectively, maintain strong relationships with dealership partners and sales representatives, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and helping clients achieve their business goals through digital marketing.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, customer success, account management, or the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, and Google Analytics.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience.
  • Experience working directly with clients or customers.
  • Automotive dealership or agency experience.
  • Sales or consultative account management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of automotive dealership accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with dealership partners and L2T's outside sales team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign updates and account changes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular account audits and proactively address performance concerns.
  • Track customer KPIs and collaborate with internal teams to improve results.
  • Communicate campaign updates, recommendations, and industry insights to clients.
  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay informed on automotive industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
  • Escalate critical client concerns when necessary and help drive resolutions.
