MoveDocs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves extensive client communication, both via phone and email, and requires a strong ability to manage, update, and summarize large sets of data using Excel and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be someone who excels at building and maintaining relationships with medical providers and cross-functional teams, particularly with department managers and business development teams across the country. The role will primarily focus on reconciling accounts, managing trackers, summarizing data, and facilitating the timely posting or requesting of medical records and billing. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various departments to improve processes and provide valuable insights through data analysis.
