The Account Specialist is primarily focused on leading the renewal for existing accounts during the renewal window. The Account Specialist will have strong relationships with our customer success and sales teams to help ensure a great experience for our clients while mitigating risk. About the Role As an Account Specialist, you will: Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers Manage quoting, contract execution, and renewal forecasting Identify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities Respond to inbound commercial inquiries and route complex opportunities appropriately Partner with CSMs to align renewal timing with customer value realization Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure smooth processing of commercial transactions
