About The Position

Ansell is looking for a Customer Service, Account Specialist to join their team in Iselin, NJ. In this position, the individual will play a vital role in nurturing, retaining, and growing customer relationships while providing accurate order processing and fulfillment. Collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Distribution Centers is paramount to facilitating a best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Customer Service
  • Knowledge of CRM databases (Oracle and/or Fourth Shift), Salesforce and/or Trackwise Digital experience a plus!
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle frustrated customers with patience and diplomacy, continually looking to find solutions in the best interest of the customer and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the order lifecycle process for all customers in assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Enable customer retention by establishing and fostering sustainable relationships through open and proactive communication.
  • Monitor order patterns and contact customers for prompt reorder.
  • Document and report quality or service complaints; ask questions to determine root causes and ensure a swift resolution.
  • Support marketing initiatives by tracking lead volume, source, and conversion rates of product campaigns.
  • Represent Ansell as the global product innovator by providing technical product expertise and recommending solutions that meet customers’ protection needs.
