We are looking for service-oriented professionals who will advocate for our members, treat everyone with respect, assist members and co-workers, and contribute to the community. This role provides administrative support to Call Center staff, projecting a professional company image through mail correspondence and website email responses. Responsibilities include managing data in spreadsheets and reports, entering Centrix disputes, mailing 30-day letters, assisting with the department procedure manual, establishing secondary account relationships, and processing CD maturity instructions. The position works closely with Call Center staff to enhance member experience and meet service expectations, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills.
