About The Position

Genisys Credit Union is seeking a part-time Account Services Representative at its Home Office in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The role provides professional service to credit union departments and members by phone or email, processes mail transactions, performs clerical duties, and supports credit union initiatives. Candidates must be available for varying hours Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong typing abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to operate a calculator, word processor, and related computer applications.
• Well organized.
• Ability to read and understand procedures, manuals, and member correspondence.
• Ability to interact with others and assist using a professional, team-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to credit union departments and members by phone or email.
• Process mail transactions and payments according to policy.
• Process verification of deposits.
• Image documents and perform document quality control.
• Assist with front desk coverage as assigned.
• Assist with data checking and quality control.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned, including filing, answering phones, and imaging documents.
