Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Handles in‑clearings, Fed returns/adjustments, chargeback reversals, IRDs, and daily IP balancing.
• Reviews documentation, ensures BSA compliance, submits fraud checks, and completes system setup for indirect auto openings.
• Verifies applications, confirms required documents, and validates BSA authorization for mortgage openings.
• Resolves exceptions, releases or rejects items, and applies Reg CC holds for remote deposit review.
• Processes claims and cancellations and coordinates with third parties for settlement for GAP and VSA handling.
• Completes month‑end add‑on settlements and performs GL reconciliation for loan reconciliation.
• Processes mailed closure requests, updates ancillary product records, supports CPI inquiries, and participates in cross‑training for account and product maintenance.
• Cultivates a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization, fostering strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners.
