Requirements

  • Zero to one year of related customer service, sales support, or account coordination experience.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with comfort working in computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Communicate pricing, inventory status, lead times, and shipping information to set clear expectations.
  • Proactively address out-of-stock items and collaborate with Sales and Operations to identify alternatives.
  • Own customer issues from intake through resolution, including quality and documentation requests.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to support account growth strategies, quotes, and samples.
  • Provide service updates and contribute to planning discussions during weekly sales meetings.
