We are growing our team in the Tucson market and looking for a driven sales professional to join us. We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Account Sales Manager to develop and grow our customer base in the greater Tucson, Arizona area. This is a relationship-driven outside sales role where you will be the face of Precision Tool & Safety Supply / HTO Supply — identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering solutions that keep our customers safe and productive on the job. Requirements
- Proven track record in outside sales, account management, or business development
- Self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to work independently in the field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you build trust quickly and follow through consistently
- Comfortable with a consultative sales approach; you listen first and solve problems
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience in tool, safety, industrial, or construction supply is a strong plus
- Knowledge of the Tucson commercial and industrial market is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial accounts throughout the Tucson market
- Prospect for new business through cold calls, referrals, job site visits, and networking
- Build long-term relationships with purchasing managers, safety directors, contractors, and facilities teams
- Present and demonstrate our full line of tools, safety equipment, and industrial supplies
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotes and proposals
- Partner with our inside sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Represent Precision Tool & Safety Supply / HTO Supply at trade shows, industry events, and customer appreciation activities as needed
- Coordinate and conduct joint sales calls with factory representatives to provide customers with in-depth product expertise and strengthen supplier relationships
- Participate in ongoing product training and education to maintain a high level of knowledge across our tool, safety, and industrial supply catalog — and pass that knowledge on to customers through demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, and on-site consultations
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and account details using company CRM tools
- Stay current on product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings

- Commission: Unlimited — estimated $15,000–$18,000 annually at plan, with significant upside as your territory grows
