About The Position

This role serves as an 18-month development opportunity for qualified High Potential Account Sales Manager I employees. The Account Sales Manager II (WINGPERSON) is responsible for increasing product sales and placement in all large and small format "off premise" stores. The primary purpose is to effectively bolster the performance of the Account Sales Manager I in servicing customers with passion, responsibility, focus, and professionalism. The Account Sales Manager II will drive sales, volume, and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Experience as Account Sales Manager for a minimum of 6 months
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
  • English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Manage Red Bull products in assigned RBDC accounts.
  • Determine current and on-going product needs at accounts.
  • Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
  • Inspire and support ASM I and Sales Trainee positions in peak performance of best practices, including feedback/coaching and route coverage.
  • Support the DSM position in route coverage, Power Route Rides, Monthly Performance Review, and vacation/leave coverage.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with DSM’s, ASM I, and retail partners/decision makers to implement local programming.
  • Identify market opportunities, develop solutions, and implement SMART Action Plans.
  • Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product and proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.
  • Teach ASM I selling skills through the established selling process, including role plays, overcoming objections, retail math skills, and understanding different buying personalities.
  • Collaborate with RBNA Sales and DP Teams to develop and execute programs.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
  • Act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.
  • Support all districts within a facility.
  • Demonstrate best practices while on Launch Support.
  • Utilize Daily Tracker to measure on-route and off-route contribution.
  • Ensure the Branch Team understands and adheres to Company standards and operating procedures.
