About The Position

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services partners with entrepreneurs and organizations to streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. Our solutions help businesses improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for account sales advisors who can build relationships, guide prospects through consultative sales conversations, and close new business from a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with a confident, professional approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Results-driven mindset with comfort working toward goals and metrics
• Willingness to learn Virtualite’s services and sales process

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales, account advising, or business development experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through outbound outreach and inbound leads
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand business needs
• Present Virtualite’s services and recommend customized solutions
• Manage follow-ups, opportunities, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close new accounts
