About The Position

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. The company is currently looking for business development advisors to generate new business opportunities and guide prospects through consultative sales conversations.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Consultative selling mindset with the ability to guide decision-making
  • Self-motivated, organized, and effective in a remote work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus
  • Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach and inbound leads
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover challenges and goals
  • Present Virtualite’s service solutions to potential clients
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and operations teams to support conversions
