About The Position

This role involves owning customer accounts and working proactively to keep them current, analyzing account activity, and determining appropriate solutions. You will communicate with customers, references, and landlords, collect and process payments accurately, and maintain accurate documentation. Additionally, you will manage field visits professionally, resolve customer concerns while protecting company standards, and meet and exceed performance goals related to collections and retention.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
• Comfortable using systems to manage accounts
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
