About The Position

New store opening this Fall in Pottsville! Majik is looking for individuals passionate about helping employees grow and delivering great customer experiences. This position will train in our Lebanon location until the official opening of our Pottsville location. Applicants will qualify for a travel allowance during the training period. The role involves owning customer accounts, working proactively to keep them current, analyzing account activity, communicating with customers, references, and landlords, collecting and processing payments, maintaining accurate documentation, managing field visits, resolving customer concerns, and meeting performance goals related to collections and retention.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
• Comfortable using systems to manage accounts
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)

Responsibilities

• Own customer accounts and work proactively to keep them current
