Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Organized and detail-oriented
An excellent communicator
Professional and compassionate
Comfortable handling confidential information
A proactive problem-solver
A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed

Nice To Haves

One to three years of related experience preferred
Experience in administrative support, banking, credit unions, financial services, customer service, collections, insurance, accounts receivable, or office administration are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Prepare correspondence, reports, and collection documentation
Maintain accurate files and records
Answer phones and provide administrative support
Assist the Account Resolutions team with collection activities
Support members with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
Help ensure collection processes comply with Credit Union policies and regulations
