About The Position

American Coradius International LLC (ACI) is seeking energetic, initiative-taking Account Resolution Specialists to join their team. ACI is a full-service financial services company that works with large banking clients as an extension of their customer service department, assisting customers who are delinquent on their accounts. This role is primarily remote (95%) with occasional in-office requirements (5%) for training, meetings, and IT assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and critical thinking skills, be disciplined, and motivated to provide excellent customer care and resolve customer needs. Extensive training is provided to ensure associates are knowledgeable and prepared to handle client accounts with respect and professionalism, adhering to federal, state, and client guidelines. Associates will utilize various computer systems to manage customer information, process payments, and address customer inquiries. All employees are required to work on camera in the remote environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of proven experience in customer service (banking, sales, call center, or other customer service-related positions will be considered).
  • Reliable transportation for travel to the office for training, scheduled shifts, meetings, department needs, and IT equipment assistance.
  • Intermediate computer and keyboard skills, including the ability to use video conferencing technology (Zoom and Webex).
  • Must pass client clearance requirements, including background checks and drug tests.
  • Ability to meet client scheduling requirements.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to connect company-provided equipment to a router (internet speed test will be performed).
  • A quiet and distraction-free remote workspace, as all calls are monitored and/or recorded.
  • Must work on camera in the remote environment.
  • Must complete required training in accordance with client requirements and FDCPA laws/regulations.

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls professionally and courteously to contact consumers regarding payment of past due accounts.
  • Empowering consumers to begin their path towards financial recovery and build a better life.
  • Educating, informing, and presenting consumers with options.
  • Working within federal, state, and client guidelines/laws.
  • Managing client accounts with respect and professionalism.
  • Utilizing various computer systems to access customer information, update information, accept payments, and service customer inquiries.
  • Working on camera in a remote environment.
