About The Position

The Account Resolution Specialist is part of AIR Communities’ Shared Service Center team in the Denver Tech Center. This role contacts account holders to collect outstanding rental payments, balancing professionalism with the need to secure timely payment. The specialist works with delinquent accounts, follows up on payment arrangements, documents collection activity, and may recommend charge-offs.

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent account holders by telephone or in writing to request payment and bring accounts current.
• Prepare late notices and process legal filings.
• Collect rental payments.
• Review warrants of restitution and conduct evictions.
• Establish alternative payment plans or other processes for payment of delinquent accounts.
• Follow up with customers on established payment plans and document collection activities.
• Recommend charge-offs when appropriate.
