The hiring manager began their career as a State Farm team member, participated in the aspirant program, and went on to open their own agency, building a strong foundation for growth and development. The hiring manager is a Florida State alum, a proud husband, and a parent of three daughters. They love to travel and bring that same energy and positivity into the workplace. The team stays highly involved in the community through local business associations, Chambers of Commerce, and various networking groups, maintaining a strong presence in the areas they serve. The office culture is energetic, supportive, and growth-driven. The hiring manager is passionate about developing team members and helping them achieve their goals. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions - someone who is positive, coachable, and goal-oriented, with strong communication skills and a desire to grow both personally and professionally. Requirements
