About The Position

Holly Goodman – State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive, motivated Producer/Account Associate who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. You’ll communicate with customers, identify their needs, and recommend insurance solutions that maximize value. You’ll also support agency growth by working toward marketing goals and sales objectives. Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented and organized; ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable initiating contact with prospective customers
Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses: Property & Casualty License, Life/Health License
Must be able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals

Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures
