We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Account Representative to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus.
- Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Our retail store environment may require evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly bad debt performance plans.
- Collect personal transaction information and maintain accuracy as well as safety of data in accordance with Company’s consumer privacy policy.
- Review and understand consumer credit reports to provide accurate information on approved limits authorized by store management.
- Collect personal transaction information and maintain data accuracy and security in accordance with the company's consumer privacy policy.
- Accept payments or advances on established consumer credit accounts.
- Maintain professional attire, demeanor and neatness in accordance with company policy.
- Other duties as assigned.
