Account Representative focusing on Employee Benefits - Wisconsin or Minnesota. This is a hybrid position with a primary focus on the service and retention of clients. You will be responsible for cross-selling existing accounts and servicing existing accounts within the designated western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota geographic territory. You will serve as the primary contact for groups and work with the Account Rep Manager, Sales Representative(s), Underwriting, and other Company resources to resolve outstanding issues. Must be able to work within a team environment, which includes but is not limited to the Insured Product Vice President, other regional Sales and Service personnel, and internal departments within National Insurance Services. Normal Working Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (or as mutually agreed upon by all parties). Requires traveling up to 70% of the time, including overnight stays, and will, therefore, at times involve non-traditional hours. You will be the primary contact for our field-assigned clients in (eastern) MN & (western) WI. You will be required to meet with clients to perform proactive Best Practice and service reviews, which focus on plan provisions and overall administration. The main goal is to eliminate potential liabilities that may fall back onto clients and avoid improper administration of their insurance plans. You will serve as the liaison between clients, National Insurance Services, partner brokers, and our partner insurance carriers and administrators. Other functions include needs analysis, identifying cross-sell opportunities, renewal and rate reviews, provision change requests, market bidding, gap analysis, and employer/employee education.
