Mid-State Sales is looking for an Account Representative who isn’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty, solve real problems, and be the go-to person for customers in a fast-moving, industrial environment. This role sits at the center of everything, such as customers, sales, purchasing, and production. We are a fluid conveyance manufacturer that’s been serving customers since 1969. Our team works directly with hydraulic hose and tube assemblies—supporting customers who depend on us to keep their operations running. This role is not a scripted, sit-at-a-desk-all-day customer service job and is not for someone who needs everything to be perfectly clean and predictable. You will spend time in our production/fabrication environment during training, learn a specialized, in-demand industry, and be relied on to think, solve problems, and take ownership. If dirt, noise, or hands-on work bother you—this won’t be a fit.
