Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales or supply chain management preferred
  • Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, excel, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to receive monthly orders
  • Coordinate the placement of orders with Japan headquarters
  • Monitor shipments
  • Maintain stock levels
  • Expediate shipments as needed
  • Independently analyze customers’ forecasts and place monthly orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure appropriate safety stock by using Excel-based rundowns.
  • Prepare month-end results and compare them against budgets.
  • Help prepare section’s annual sales budget.
  • Follow processes for standard account maintenance (Maintaining contact information, notify of price changes, help obtaining certifications like PPAP, customer meetings, help accounting with receivables, etc.)
  • Support new business development activities. (Setting up customer accounts, setting up new parts with proper pricing, etc.)
