About The Position

Acentra Health is looking for a Senior Account Representative (EAP) to join our growing team. The Account Representative – Master's Level Clinician serves as the primary liaison between clients and Acentra Health, providing account management, relationship management, training facilitation, outreach coordination, and administrative support. This role is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to client needs, coordinating resources and services, and supporting engagement initiatives that promote employee well-being and organizational success. This position delivers educational and well-being seminars, workshops, and training programs while partnering with internal departments to ensure contractual obligations, customer requests, and account management activities are executed effectively. The Account Representative – Master's Level Clinician provides statewide support through regular onsite engagement with client organizations and stakeholders throughout Georgia.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field required.
  • 2+ years of experience working in account management
  • 2+ years of behavioral health, employee assistance programs (EAP), or healthcare experience
  • 2+ years of experience presenting trainings, workshops, or educational programs to groups of varying sizes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between assigned clients and Acentra Health.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate support services to ensure timely resolution of requests.
  • Proactively engage clients to promote program utilization, awareness, and satisfaction.
  • Support outreach activities and engagement initiatives that strengthen client relationships.
  • Coordinate internally with clinical, operational, reporting, marketing, and leadership teams to meet client needs and contractual commitments.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate educational seminars, workshops, trainings, and wellness presentations.
  • Conduct onsite visits to client organizations, institutions, satellite locations, and administrative offices.
  • Support and participate in health fairs, employee engagement events, benefit fairs, and promotional activities.
  • Distribute communication materials, promotional resources, and educational content to clients and stakeholders.
  • Customize and distribute monthly and quarterly communication materials and tip sheets.
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Management team.
  • Assist with reporting, scheduling, project coordination, and account management activities.
  • Enter and maintain client and employee population data within designated systems.
  • Assemble RFP responses and supporting documentation as assigned.
  • Proofread reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Order, manage, and coordinate shipment of marketing and educational materials.
  • Participate in mandatory trainings and meetings and document meeting notes as required.
  • Support office and departmental projects as assigned.
  • Serve as an interface with internal departments including Clinical Operations, IT, Marketing, Purchasing, Facilities, Reporting, and Client Services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
  • This is a field-based position requiring frequent and regular travel throughout the State of Georgia.
  • Conduct onsite visits at client institutions, satellite locations, administrative offices, and other designated sites.
  • Travel may include day trips, overnight travel, and extended travel periods based on business and client needs.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently throughout Georgia are required.
