The Account Representative - Chargebacks role is responsible for reviewing, researching, processing, and resolving Debit/Credit Card brand dispute claims. This involves researching and processing chargebacks, arbitration, or compliance cases through Payment Processors, Financial Institutions, and Card Brands directly. The role also includes responding to escalated inquiries from Customers and communicating with internal and external teams regarding contracts and sales to prevent potential chargeback disputes. Additionally, the representative must remain alert to threats to account security, counterfeit operations, and stolen cards, and will work under supervision.
