About The Position

Deliver channel strategy documents to leadership, which will focus both in year and 3Y Planning. P&L ownership and financial analysis for large clients. Manage large client contract negotiations. Influence and set product and selection strategy. Develop long-term strategic relationships to drive revenue and nonrevenue goals. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and stakeholders. Develop or improve mechanisms for monitoring the health of the business and proactively take action or make recommendations for improvements. Act as global program leader for client management strategies and roll-out of global SOPs. Own relationship and business roadmap with Costa Rica Operations team with strong understanding of Latin American business culture.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration or a related field and seven years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Account Management role, Business Development role, Sales role, or a related occupation.
  • Must have seven years of experience in the following skills: (1) working with senior or executive level counterparts; and (2) experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and large contract negotiations.
