Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, is seeking an Account Representative for Dock and Door equipment. This role is responsible for maximizing sales of dock and door equipment, parts, and services within a specified territory to achieve sales objectives. The position involves developing existing accounts and seeking new business by analyzing opportunities, identifying key personnel, and building strong customer relationships. The Account Representative will consult and problem-solve to enhance the Company's position in both existing and target accounts. A key aspect of the role is developing a territory management plan to optimize customer interactions and creating sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts. This includes conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records using online resources. The role also requires participation in ongoing training programs and meetings, which may involve travel to the Northern Kentucky branch.
