About The Position

We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Account Relationship Manager who thrives on building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner and advocate for our customers, helping them maximize the value of McLeod's Software solutions while ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and prioritized.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience providing customer service and software Support; or Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience providing customer service for software and/or technical support; or combination of education and experience.
  • Excellence in customer care and customer experience, required.
  • Microsoft Office experienced

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry and experience with transportation management systems (TMS), preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong consultative relationships with customer stakeholders and key users.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their business goals through McLeod Software solutions.
  • Champion customer needs internally and ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
  • Gather requirements, ask insightful questions, and document clear business needs.
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts and internal teams to ensure requests are accurately scoped and addressed.
  • Partner with internal departments to drive successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate reports and provide visibility to leadership regarding customer issues, trends, and project status.
