This role builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with assigned client accounts. It involves interacting with clients and other departments to constantly improve operational standards and support client needs by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service performance standards; continually evaluating processes and procedures; making recommendations for process improvement and communicating to the client as appropriate; and providing training to clients as needed. The position requires exercising judgment and making decisions that have positive operational impacts on the business line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of client management and sales experience

Responsibilities
