About The Position

This senior level Account Relationship Associate position provides Simply the Best customer service at all times. It is responsible for the day-to-day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington, in terms of the establishment, documentation, and maintenance and servicing of the relationship. This role fosters and develops internal and external relationships including advising and counseling on bank products and services. The associate is responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems with accounts. This position will assist the sales function or an officer by processing and maintaining complete and accurate documentation. The associate will compile information, compose memos and prepare other correspondence that will be presented to clients, officers, attorneys, agencies and others. The associate will maintain up-to-date knowledge and may train others on products, services, departmental systems and related technology. The associate makes routine decisions in the absence of an officer. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3 years in a clerical support role required
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support, including typing, filing and answering telephones for a sales function for one or more account officers.
