About The Position

Handle the reconciliation process for a set of clients to ensure that all reconciliations assigned are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or higher and/or equivalent full-time work experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work with multiple computer systems daily and multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in the grocery or convenience store industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile monthly commission payments and track past due commission receivables with clients.
  • Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation, and data.
  • Verify bank deposits and payments.
  • Ensure follow-up action is taken as and when necessary, which could include researching variances and resolving reconciliation issues.
  • Adhere to standard procedures in reconciliation clerical activities.
  • Perform a variety of clerical functions, including data entry, filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying of documents.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
