About The Position

Checking in vehicles and input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld computer (Portable Terminal – PT). Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received. Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Direct transporters to the proper car drop zone. Park vehicles to designated run number. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement, personalized communication, and tailored solutions to meet their needs. Utilize industry insights and product knowledge to provide valuable guidance and recommendations, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field OR any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
• Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience vehicle reconditioning and or general auto body knowledge
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmission
