This role serves as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to more complex. The Account Operations Specialist II collaborates with auction teams and various stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns related to vehicle condition and/or discrepancies. This position also coordinates sale vehicle run processes, maintains communication with other auction departments to ensure proper movement and organization of client inventory, and oversees timely completion of reconditioning services. The specialist builds positive relationships with assigned clients, examines vehicles, completes estimates for reconditioning services, coordinates and approves these services, and conducts condition report and imaging audits to minimize policy loss and goodwill expenses. A key aspect of the role involves demonstrating proficient knowledge of condition report data and the vehicle inspection process to identify previous repairs and damage. Additionally, the specialist educates clients on auction processes, recommends and upsells Manheim/CAI products and services, and demonstrates effective prioritization and professionalism in client interactions. Responsibilities may also include coordinating redemptions, ensuring proper documentation, complying with PII policies, and adhering to Cox standards for reconditioning services. Proficiency with NAAA guidelines and computer software, including Microsoft Office, is also required. The role also emphasizes a commitment to safety and performing any other assigned duties.
